So, if you’re using any such equipment on a modified inverter, then run it at your own risk as it is not safe at all. Using a modified sine wave inverter with medical equipment is also safe.

Mine is a 3000 watt and it runs off 3 leisure batteries. it's okay for short usage but I couldn't/wouldn't use it for any prolonged power tool usage.
