WebNov 11, 2024 · Read aloud/Speech in Review Disappeared. Hi, I have Microsoft Word 2016. My "speech" in the Review section disappeared. It worked fine until I save a document and now my "read aloud" no longer works. I have added "speech" back to my Review section but now have to use "speak selected text". I just want to know how to active my "read aloud".
