WebReablement is described as a person-centred, goal-directed intervention with a view to regain, maintain or improve the independence of older clients. WebReablement is a goals-focused intervention comprising intensive, time-limited (up to 6 weeks) assessment and therapeutic work delivered in the usual place of residence. Its purpose is to restore/regain self-care and daily living skills for individuals at risk of needing social care support, or an increase in its intensity, to continue living in their own homes.
