Witryna1 lis 2024 · The H2’s to my ears are better than both of these speakers. I have driven them with my OTO Phono SE Signature amp (10w) and a First Watt VFET amp (20w) with great results. Gone is the tough amplifier load that the original crossover presented. Cosmetically there are a couple of points to note: 1). These Impulse H2 Speakers are very hard to find. To find them in excellent condition is very difficult. If you know your hi-fi, you will have heard of these legendary speakers. The last pair to sell in this condition went for £1695. These are great value because the cones have splits.

They used Seas and Focal drivers, and although the specific units used are no longer in production, there are very similar replacements available.
