WebAug 29, 2012 · ---Achievements are account-wide now, not titles, so if you have an achievement that rewards a title then by logic all your other characters will receive it. ---Furthermore the achievements cannot be "broken" so it would not make sense if a character that does not fit the requirements for an achievement (level requirement) had it.
