The biggest strike against FiTech is their customer support. Absolutely horrible to deal with. They are incompetent liars that will ignore you after awhile. FiTech zealots like to say the PF4 is not as tunable, and that is true, but it doesn't need all the tuner features that the FiTech system needs, because the PF4 ships with 12 times the calibrations that the FiTech does.
