WebAug 23, 2024 · Having had both, I prefer a bimini. I have one now and have no issues running with it up. I can still fish front or back without it being in the way. A T-top is there period. I recently fished a charter boat, it was 18 - 20 feet, 2 man charter. It had a T-top. I fished the back and more often then not hit the top trying to plug for stripers.
