WebI should mention that I haven't played much resto shaman since the 9.1 Torghast reworks, but back in 9.0 I was regularly clearing Layer 8 (the highest available at that time) and frankly I was making it look easy. I expect that with the right anima powers and tower knowledge unlocks, you can push to the highest layers.
