WebArchitectural interest: Doddershall House is a fine example of an early Tudor manor house which was built as an unusually advanced courtyard house, and altered in the late C17 and C18. The central range and the north wing of the 1520s survive substantially intact with a south wing of the 1680s and these are still set within two arms of a moat.
