I'm seriously annoyed by this too, I saw that yesterday I was able to select from 100, 200, 400, 800, and 1000 Robux but today when I go to earn my points and redeem (i had 1439 yesterday and got to 1659 today) I see that Robux is set to 800 only Microsoft really needs to work on this and I hope it gets fixed in this week itself.
